Onboarding Process
As short as 3 days.
Implementation of Staytuned.
Hearing → Practical verification at one facility → Effect verification → Multi-facility deployment.
We will gradually advance the on-site OS transformation while minimizing risks.

Hearing
About 1 week
Step 02
Practical Verification at One Facility
About 1 to 2 months
Step 03
Effect Verification
About 2 weeks
Step 04
Multi-facility deployment

STEPS
4 Steps to Implementation
Clearly outline the duration and deliverables for each step. Proceed to the next step only after aligning decision points each time.
Step 01 · HEARING
Hearing
We will carefully hear about facility type, number of rooms, current issues, existing tools, and team structure to determine the feasibility of practical verification.
Key Points
- Organize issues from both on-site staff and headquarters
- Confirm connection points with existing systems/PMS
- Agree on KPIs and evaluation criteria for practical verification
Deliverables
- Hearing sheet
- Current assessment
- Practical verification plan (scope, duration, KPI)
Step 02 · VALIDATION
Practical Verification at One Facility
Test implementation at one facility. After master settings, administrator training, and on-site training, we will put it into operation.
Key Points
- Initial setup of room and staff masters
- Training for administrators (online/onsite)
- On-site staff training (including multilingual video manuals)
Deliverables
- Initial master settings
- Operation guide (for administrators and on-site staff)
- Two-week onboarding by a dedicated representative
Step 03 · VALIDATE
Effect Verification
Quantitatively measure cleaning completion times, training times, instruction errors, quality scores, etc., to visualize the extent of improvements.
Key Points
- Quantify effects with Before/After
- Conduct qualitative hearings with on-site staff
- Provide materials for deciding on headquarters deployment
Deliverables
- Effectiveness verification report
- Improvement proposal document
- ROI estimation / Multi-facility deployment scenario
Step 04 · SCALE
Multi-facility deployment
Gradually deploy operations refined through on-site verification to other facilities, while simultaneously advancing visualization and standardization at headquarters.
Key Points
- Horizontal deployment of best practices
- Centralize multiple facilities on the headquarters dashboard
- Continuous improvement through monthly reviews
Deliverables
- Multi-facility deployment plan
- Facility-specific training materials
- Monthly regular / Improvement proposal cycle
OUR PRINCIPLES
What We Do Not Do
We believe that clarifying what we do not do is a prerequisite for correctly facing the field.
Do not aim to 'reduce staff'
Staytuned is a tool to empower on-site staff, not to replace them.
Do not promote 'complete automation'
Hotel operations rely on human judgment and actions. AI is positioned to assist in decision-making.
Do not claim to be 'for foreigners only'
This OS can be used by everyone, including local staff. Multilingual support is just one means.
Do not impose overly complex AI
Complexity that the field cannot understand is a failure as a field OS. We prioritize simplicity.
We aim for a state where 'the field operates autonomously' as our ultimate goal.
ONBOARDING SUPPORT
Support System After Implementation
Implementation is just the beginning. We will accompany you until operations stabilize and the field operates autonomously.
Dedicated Support Staff
During the on-site verification period, a dedicated staff member will accompany you, gathering feedback weekly to optimize settings and master data.
365-Day Email Support
We respond to operational inquiries via email, including weekends and holidays. An emergency contact system is also in place.
Regular Study Sessions
We hold regular study sessions to share new features and best practices from other facilities, promoting horizontal learning.
Customization Consultation
We can continuously tune forms, items, and integration requirements to match facility and operational rules.
GET STARTED
Feel free to start with just a consultation.
We will discuss the feasibility of on-site verification, how to proceed, and approximate costs in a 30-minute consultation.
